MY CHILDHOOD
I belong to a very small town in UP and did my primary & secondary education from a Hindi Medium school.
Well, that’s me, the guy who is sitting in a white T.
Sharing a very funny incident. My dad is a grocery wholesaler. As a kid, I was always fascinated to see him selling and earning. One Diwali, my elder brother & I planned to sell crackers (as kids what else could we think of selling), we asked our dad to invest money and promised to give him double in return.
Guess what, we made a lot of money and got free crackers for ourselves too. ????????
I believe I have always had this business mindset and entrepreneurial instinct.
I did my Engineering in Computer Science in 2012 from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Soon after getting my degree I secured a job for myself in a well reputed IT company in Gurugram. I also earned 2 GLOBAL CERTIFICATIONS - SAS Basic and Advance for myself.
THE DOWNFALL
One fine day, I entered my office all suited & booted. My boss called me into his cabin where 2 of my other teammates were already standing and said “ Kewal, You are very hard working and have contributed well to the company's growth. But, it is very unfortunate for us as due to uncertain industrial downfall, I will have to ask you and your team to leave”
This statement of his left me tizzy. I felt like whatever I’ve achieved till date has been taken away and all my dreams vanished.
BACK IN THE GAME
I saw it as a sign from GOD, now I could actually do what I wanted to.
Coming from a very small town, I have always desired to make my parents proud, have a big house and be totally financially independent.
Gathered all the knowledge I had and started training corporates to learn Microsoft Excel. After receiving an amazing response, I decided to start my own company. I was developing softwares and training their employees and to my luck got PEPSI and PANASONIC as my first two clients.
Things were back on track or even better, you can say. I got corporate clients from India, Japan and Nepal.
THE MISSING PIECE OF PUZZLE
Everything has setbacks, In spite of everything going great - I was working 10-12 hours a day, got new clients, new projects and increased my team, I was not able to manage the clients/projects, payments were getting delayed, team was not working efficiently and all the accountability came on my shoulders.

Someone suggested to me a book, E-Myth. It had a detailed explanation on how a business should be run and there are 3 stages that a business owner goes through - Technician, Manager and entrepreneur. I realised I am still a technician and felt the urgent need of systemising my business to track the projects, manage team and payment follow ups. I understood the true meaning of the quote, “ If you don’t drive your business you will be, you will be driven out of business.”
I finally planned to automate my business processes and for that I needed the right coach.
After months of hunting, I realised it is very hard to find one coach who does exactly what I wanted for my business.
One day, I came across a cloud based platform offered by Google “Google Workspace” (called G-Suite at that time), which is designed to provide flexible solutions for every business. New Tech things always excite me, I started learning how to build systems with Google Applications. It took me approximately 18 months to completely master it. Haah, It really did.
But all the hard work paid me well, I automated my entire business by building tools to manage Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing and Team.
I applied the same tools in my clients business. With a little modification, it worked for them too. ????
It came as a blessing to me, I finally found the solution I was looking for and I got complete freedom from business.
Real time tracking of projects, on-time deliveries, team management, tracking expenses, payment follow ups, everything , almost everything, that I ever dreamt of having was achieved. The best part, I started working 1 hour a day instead of 10 hours.
Now, I had time to focus on Growth oriented tasks like Digital Marketing, listen to books to groom my skills, update my knowledge etc.
I realised this is the problem faced by 98% of business owners. If I can do it for myself, why can’t I help my fellow entrepreneurs.
